1. 15 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item within this period, simply contact us and we will guide you through the return process.

   • Make sure the product has all the original tags and packaging intact.

   • Pack the item securely and include the return authorization slip.
   • Send the package back to us using a reliable courier service of your choice.
3. Return Policy Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, please note the following conditions:
   • The return or exchange request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
   • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
   • Products that are marked as non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
   • Certain hygiene-sensitive items, such as intimate apparel or earrings, are non-returnable for reasons of health and safety.
4. Courier Pickup: To make the return process more convenient for you, we offer courier pickup services for eligible returns. Once you contact us and provide the necessary details, we will arrange for the pickup of the package from your provided address. Please ensure the item is securely packed and ready for pickup.
5. Return Email: For return or exchange requests, please email us at returns@suduper.com or you can fill this return/exchange form. Make sure to include your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will promptly respond to your request and guide you through the process.
